The Ultimate Moroccan Playlist: Ady’s Musical Journey Across the Dunes
Moroccan music is a vibrant tapestry woven from diverse influences, rich traditions, and contemporary sounds. This week, we’re excited to share a special playlist curated by Ady, a passionate music producer based in Barcelona and the creative force behind Hit The Road Music Studio.
Ady has an incredible story, he traveled the world with a mobile recording studio for five years, supporting artists who didn’t have the opportunity to record their songs and fulfill their dreams. What started as a utopian project reached millions of listeners and enabled local artists to share their music globally. In fact, five of the seven songs in this playlist were produced during his journey! Join us as we explore the sounds of Morocco through Ady’s carefully selected tracks, each one reflecting the artistry and cultural heritage of this beautiful country.

I was just scanning this playlist before it goes live and I have extremely extremely judgmental ears and I can tell within 2 seconds whether I like a track or not. For example when I listen to any commercial pop I can typically hear that the life has been completely sucked out of the recording and it’s not been produced with any real depth of character within 2 seconds. However upon scanning this playlist by @adrian.parzentny I can tell instantly that is this is the real deal
