Oh, so it’s not a DM: everyone can see it! OK, doesn’t matter. I’m a newbie and still finding my way around. Edd, maybe making it clearer what kind of visibility each type of connecting/messaging has would make users more comfortable, plus disitnguish your site from the likes of ol’ Zuckerberg’s panopticon 🙂

I find jack very hard to master and control (although it is apparently very powerful) so have sort of given up on Linux daws. There is also Fedora Jam and MX Linux Multimedia edition distros and a few daw’s including Harrison Mixbus (free demo) . I dabbled a bit with Traction Maveform when it was released last year but it was quite buggy then…
