My musical journey began at 18 years old, my first instrument was bass guitar.
Much later in life, I’ve come full circle, wanting to return back to bass.
From then until now, I’ve studied several stringed instruments, including Indian Sitar, Cello, Baglama Saz and Ngoni.

Studying West African Drums and Dance has brought me a deep appreciation for African music.
I want to really understand it and be able to confidently play bass for it.

I love to approach and learn music from different perspectives.
